His expertise lies particularly in industrial and logistics assets, where he combines technical knowledge with strategic thinking to unlock opportunities others often overlook.
Holding a QLD Real Estate Licence and accredited as an Auctioneer, Josh also holds diplomas in Finance & Mortgage Broking and Building & Construction Management, as well as an Advanced Developers Course. He has partnered with respected organisations including Moreton Bay Regional Council, Prekaro Projects, Norhart Developments, and Unison Projects, and is valued for his focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering outstanding service.

David brings over fifteen years of experience in residential project marketing and off-the-plan sales across South East Queensland.
